It is now time to attempt to construct the principles of the coming matriarchy. That this can not succeed without error should be clear to everyone. I will try it nevertheless. Because through the compact representation of the ideas that point into the future, it is possible to recognize the mistakes and lapses of the reality that is formed by men in full clarity.
It is not beautiful, today’s world. It is not humane or moral, either. And the men bear full responsibility for this misery. No one can clear them of that. One can already be glad if the villains of the world let mankind survive and don’t scatter their atomic missiles blindly across the earth in an act of hate fulfilled thirst for revenge.
The present form of rule is called patriarchy. Because patriarchy with its constructions of religion, capitalism, communism, fascism, war, holocaust, was not able to create a world society that is capable of surviving, the transition from patriarchy to matriarchy will be executed by force in the next 40 years.
That means first of all that: the supervisory authorities of mankind and the continental communities will be fundamentally formed by women, mainly by mothers. Mothers are more suitable than others in order to guarantee the peaceful, life preserving coexistence of nations and people. The supervisory authorities of the states should be filled, at least mainly, by women.
Matriarchy has cyclical power structures. That means: If leadership is planned for a committee, this position is filled by all members of the committee in a cyclical order.
The international state community’s decisions that concern the welfare of mankind are binding for all states. In particular, the absolute prohibition of dictatorship is imperative. The states are expected to eliminate dictators with all acceptable methods. If necessary, force must be used.
Every state is obliged to build a sense of community between the people of different states, cultures and ethnic groups. Part of this is also the sense of responsibility towards the people of other communities and the whole of mankind.
Every community bears the responsibility to carry out birth control, to guarantee basic nutrition for the people of the community and to help out nations that are worse off.
Every human being has an absolute right to education. This right obligates the international state community.
Respect and care for nature and all living beings are of the highest priority in matriarchy. The spiritual leadership is instructed to talk society out of the consumption of meat. Because animals and human beings are only formed differently in terms of intelligence, but not in terms of feelings. The animals’ pain and fear are the same as for human beings. Therefore animals should be considered brother animals. Meat consumption is barbarism - that must be made clear to all people.
Apart from that, the reduction of pollutant emission in production, traffic and private consumption is of highest priority. Also the preferred use of renewable energy and the careful consumption of non renewable materials is a main responsibility.
Also, the termination of any kind of wastefulness belongs to the main concerns. As long as people are still dying of starvation or vegetate away in poverty, luxury is a crime. Wastefulness takes place, however, not only by means of luxury. The uninhibited consumption of energy and raw materials must also be named here. Because it is clear that there will not be enough energy and raw materials for a developed mankind, if we keep on being lavish with these materials.
Production and consumption must be changed to those methods that deliver the highest efficiency with minimum consumption. In Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker’s book "Factor Four", methods are offered to quadruplicate the production and consumption’s output efficiency. The research of such methods has priority before all other technological projects.
Capitalism will be abolished. That signifies the end of the capital’s one hundred year reign of terror.
Capitalism is formed by the criminal exploitation of the weak by the strong. We must put an end to this method.
In addition, the degeneracy of capitalism through liberalization and globalization is capable of plunging mankind into chaos or even destroying it. We must curb this method..
It is important to reduce the individual’s power to an acceptable level. Other people’s opportunities may not be restricted and there shouldn’t be any problems for society. That is especially valid for the media scene. In that field, an editor’s dependence on individuals or specific groups through the influence of money or force will no longer be allowed.
Correspondingly, influencing congressmen financially or putting pressure on them will be punished as a serious offense. Objections and doubts about legislative proposals have to be voiced in public. Congressmen will not be allowed to have any other paid occupation apart from being a representative.
If mankind shall mature to be a real community, this will require a political structure. This will be given by the formation of an international state community. Like every human being that is born in a state or whose parents belong to a state becomes a member of this state, all states are compulsory members of the international state community.
For a sense of community and solidarity, this is embodied in the international state community’s law: Just like a country is obliged to behave according to the statutes of the state federal government, the community is also obliged to protect this country and to safeguard minimum wages of its population. That means creating solidarity of the states.
States and communities commit themselves to handling conflicts peacefully. Since in the present situation of mankind there is no guarantee that individual states will not subjugate other states by means of nuclear weapons or even destroy other states, the destruction of all nuclear weapons is not practical at the moment. It would be better to exclusively leave the possession of nuclear weapons to the continental and subcontinental communities.
For the time being, that would be a means to definitely prevent the world domination by a state or community. Also, those continental communities that can not technically manufacture any nuclear weapons will be equipped with a contingent of these weapons. Communities whose democracy is not yet consolidated are excluded from this. The supreme principle is: Dictators must not own weapons of mass destruction in any case.
Up to now there are only courts that deal with criminal offences committed by people or institutions. In future there will also be an international state court that is responsible exclusively for offences committed by states and that has the power to push through its decisions. The present international court of justice is not suitable as a model for this.
There will be a general command for tolerance. No one shall be disadvantaged or defamed because of race, religion etc., unless this membership is used in order to disadvantage or defame other people outside of his own race or confession.
Even criminals receive a certain protection: Torture and the death penalty are abolished worldwide.
Public religious practice is allowed as long as it does not collide with the codified human rights. Because religions have been realized as wrong tracks through the self-revelation of God, any missionary work is prohibited. Because it could only be used to spread untruths. No religious education must be given in schools and universities because this would be just like missionary work.
Minorities are to be protected unless the minority uses this to exploit the community. Therefore the thought of the protection from minorities will be added to the thought of the protection for minorities.
Violence against women is no longer tolerated. That includes rape and pimping. Also, the denigration of women is no longer accepted. Therefore Muslim women are no longer allowed to wear a veil. In case of violation of this rule, not they but their husbands or fathers are called to account. In the case of all these offences, the men are submitted to a protracted re-education.
Curtailment of women is a serious crime and is punished correspondingly. Also, the tendency of males towards violent crimes is stopped by effective methods.
Elites are eliminated! Matriarchy is influenced by the idea of the basic equal value of all people. That means that the production of top performances and their award are no longer tolerated. No international competitions will take place anymore, neither in the athletic nor the scientific field. World championships and Olympic Games are history, Nobel Prize awarding and the Oscar award ceremony prohibited.”
